   The refund policy will be valid only when the treatment is followed under the continuous guidance of our senior , without any gaps or self-made changes.
3. Proof of Usage Required:
   To process a refund, the customer must provide sufficient proof (such as dated photos, call records, or usage logs) that they followed the routine as advised by our team.
4. Tampering or Misuse:
   Refunds will not be applicable if the product is found tampered, mishandled, or misused in any form.
5. Product Return Condition:
   For refund approval, the remaining medicine must be returned in original packaging. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
6. No Refund on Discounted Combos:
   Refund policy is not applicable on discounted combos, trial packs, or products purchased under special offers.
